Today DROP Group consists of six unique entities and boasts one of the most sophisticated and nimble manufacturing facilities totaling 35,000 sq ft on over 10 acres of property in British Columbia, Canada.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, goals, and objectives.

Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
Assist in the development and execution of business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flow and information dissemination.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and briefings for the executive team.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and monitoring progress.

Identify potential issues, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend appropriate solutions or mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes and facilitate effective communication.
- Decision Support: Conduct analysis, gather information, and provide insights to support decision-making by the executive team.

Prepare materials, briefing notes, and recommendations for key meetings, discussions, and presentations.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging issues, and provide relevant updates and recommendations.
- Operations and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Streamline workflows, processes, and procedures to optimize productivity.
Implement and manage systems for information management, document control, and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in the capacity of Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar Chief of Staff, executive support, or strategic planning role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of the principles and practices of managing the administrative activities for the office of the President
- Application knowledge of programs including, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and Drop internal programs.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
