As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive growth, and exceed customer expectations in the Saskatchewan food market.

As a Food Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in the Saskatchewan food market. We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can energize our team, exceed sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your proven track record in food sales management is essential to guide our team towards success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by continuously exceeding customer expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ensure completion of finance contracts for funding, collaborating closely with the finance department.
- Bring energy, motivation, and a positive attitude to inspire the sales team on a daily basis.
- Utilize your previous food sales management experience to mentor and develop your team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, adapting them to changing market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Implement aggressive pay plans to incentivize and reward the hard work of the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of successful food sales management, preferably in the Saskatchewan market.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing finance contracts and documentation.
- Previous experience in the frozen food industry is highly advantageous.
- Self-driven and energetic with a passion for achieving outstanding results.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range: $44,823.00 - $134,889.00 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, and vision care.

- Opportunity to work Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift schedule.

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
