Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee the operations of our farm. The Farm Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farm, including ,livestock care, equipment maintenance,. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of farming practices.

**Duties**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily farming activities
- Supervise and train farm workers
- Monitor crop growth and implement appropriate irrigation and fertilization techniques
- Operate heavy equipment for land preparation and maintenance
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for various farm tasks
- Maintain and repair farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and livestock feed
- Collaborate with agricultural specialists to optimize farm productivity
- Keep accurate records of crop yields, livestock inventory, and financial transactions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in farm management or a related field
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic math for inventory management and financial recordkeeping
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery
- Familiarity with garden cultivation techniques and livestock care practices

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of farm workers
- Excellent organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to quality standards
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise on the farm
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members

**Salary**: $4,000.00-$5,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
