**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Manager, Premium Seating, the Premium Seating Project Coordinator is responsible for various administrative functions related to the sales and fulfillment of the Calgary Stampede’s premium hosting venues.

Once the sale is complete, the position involves tracking, billing and reconciling all details of the client transactions and fulfilling administrative and customer service objectives to achieve the best western hosting environment in the world.

**Responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to**:

- Assign member accounts and account numbers in point of sale system
- Create and update day sheets for Ranahans
- Daily follow-up during 10 days and reconciliation on member accounts and corrections
- Accounts receivable and collections
- Smart sheet creation and fulfillment
- Create and maintain a corporate account spreadsheet
- Client invoicing - both sales and beverages/extras
- Parking pass sorting and mail-out
- Member card assignment, sorting and mail out
- Order, track and distribute gate passes and rodeo/evening drop passes
- 30X lanyard/ticket distribution
- Ticket assignment, distribution and trouble-shooting
- Point of sale reporting after event for billing and gratuities
- General admin for premium seating sales and guest service division

**Qualifications**
- Have a high school diploma
- 3-5 years previous administrative experience with a proven track record
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability and desire to work as part of a cohesive team with many seasonal team members
- Must demonstrate social awareness and communicate with tack and diplomacy
- Basic accounting skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- A working knowledge of Ungerboeck is an asset
