Position: Driver Concierge / Driver Service Representative

Department: Operations

The Driver Concierge position is a customer service role, with an emphasis on data entry. The customer is our drivers - everything this position completes will be to service them.

Our new teammate will have a great attention to detail & will thrive off having things updated in the system. No detail will go unnoticed and you’ll make a special effort to build a productive relationship with each of our drivers. You will care about our fleet, being a go-to when they need something. Your communication & relaying information to our drivers, dispatch team, and customers will be unmatched.

The key to success in this role is keeping communication strong, both internally and to our fleet, while ensuring each order is updated with the most recent information.

Key responsibilities of this position:

- Be a key contact for our driver fleet, servicing their needs
- Act as primary liaison between the customer & driver, driver & office
- Keep trucking management software (TMW TruckMate) accurately updated, as new information is shared
- Review & enforce the importance of paperwork with our driver fleet, coaching them when errors are made & providing reinforcement when completed correctly

While trucking experience would be an asset, attention to detail & proven experience mastering computer systems is what we are seeking. At T-Lane we believe building a strong team starts with attitude & it’s a big piece of what we look for in our future teammates.
