Horticultural Sales

JVK is a national leader in the supply of Greenhouse supplies and young plants to Canadian Growers. Join JVK as we add to our National Sales force. This is a field sales position responsible for generating sales of JVK products to commercial Greenhouses and Nurseries in Southern Ontario.

Essential Functions:
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting for new opportunities, qualifying leads, nurturing existing or past customers, and generating sales bookings.

Develop long term and sustainable relationships with decision makers of greenhouses & nurseries of all sizes. Minimal overnight travel will be required. The position is salary with bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Job Requirements

Degree in Horticulture or related field preferred but not required. Possess self-discipline, initiative and ability to work under mínimal supervision. Proven ability to work in a team-based environment. Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills. Strong PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.
