Position is part-time, on-call

Specific Duties & Responsibilities for this position:

- Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of motel property, including guest rooms, pool, hot tubs, front and back office and exterior areas
- Perform routine maintenance throughout the property to include painting, light carpentry, repairs, etc.
- Assist with special projects and gardening.
- Resolve any maintenance issues listed in the daily maintenance log. Other duties as directed by motel management.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays for emergency repairs.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
