**About the job**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure health and safety is a priority by following company policies, safety precautions and procedures;
- Accurately read and understand welding blueprints, shop drawings, manuals and procedures;
- Complete daily production requirements by operating robotic welding machines;
- Program, troubleshoot and monitor the robotic welding machines;
- Inspect, identify and repair weldments to meet required specifications;
- Perform MIG or TIG welding on stainless steel parts as required;
- Operate hand tools, and grinders safely and efficiently;
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the production facility;
- Process production orders within our ERP system;
- Other duties related to the position as assigned by the supervisor.

**What you bring**
- Grade 12 Diploma or a combination of education and experience will be considered;
- One (1) year TIG or MIG welding experience is an asset;
- Customer Service focused with a positive work attitude;
- Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail;
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
