**About the role**
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a **Regular full-time** **Scheduler/Timekeeper** to join our dynamic **Donor Relations & Collections ONN** team.

**About the role**:
The **Donor Relations & Collections ONN** is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting donor blood in a safe manner to enable safe products which save lives every day. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and creating work schedules and completing associated scheduling and timekeeping functions that meet operational needs. These functions will be performed in accordance with CBS policies, Collective Agreements, Non-Union Terms and Conditions of Employment and in accordance with all regulatory requirements and Canadian Blood Services policies, procedures and practices.

**Formula for success**:

- Assess and plan staffing.
- Prepare, maintain and post work.
- Perform timekeeping entry.
- Schedule staff for training as required.
- Arrange for accommodations for staff travelling to mobiles.
- Perform other duties as required

**Desired education and skills**:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline from a recognized academic institution, preferably one year in Payroll/Office.
- A minimum of three years of experience in related position preferably in a regulated environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft office programs, data bases, spreadsheets and flow.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in creative and analytical.
- Ability to establish priorities and organize workload.
- Accuracy with attention to detail.
