**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide, hands-on, support for day-to-day quality activities throughout the organization
- Lead corrective action teams for Quality and advocate the voice of the customer throughout the organization;
- Initiate corrective actions, facilitate root cause analysis, support the identification, proposal, and validation of improvement proposals, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Identify problems and initiate corrective actions.
- Conduct Quality training for all new hourly employees on the Blanco quality system.
- Maintain, prepare, and distribute required reports.
- Accurately perform and record product and process audits and tests
- Create, issue and track Q Alerts and communication between different departments and Shifts on daily basis.
- Initiate, coordinate, and execute calibrations of all measuring and testing devices within TOR and maintain appropriate records.
- Perform Initial Sink Approval process on new sink models and/or materials or changes.
- Initiate, support, and contribute to process/production improvements.
- Participate in daily Shop Floor Meeting and communicate quality topics to the team.
- Contain all non-conforming product, define rework methods, coordinate resources with production, and audit rework for effectiveness
- Upload documents to Q.Doc (internal database sytem).
- Perform, document, file, and communicate results of incoming inspections to Quality Manager.
- Train, Schedule and Monitor LPA process throughout the Plant
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Post-secondary accreditation in Quality or related discipline.
- 3+ years relevant Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including; Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio
- SAP or similar ERP system experience an asset.
- Analytical, detail, and process oriented.
