**Key Accountabilities**:

- Creating, managing and closing opportunities with high forecasting accuracy
- Utilizing metrics to analyze data & strategically target accounts
- Effectively manage sales pipeline via CRM platform
- Active lead sourcing and qualifying through referrals, prospecting and cold calling on targeted decision makers.
- Mastering features, benefits and value of assigned product portfolio and present these to clinical and economic call points utilizing situational sales methodology
- Building consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with all current accounts as well as upselling solutions for increased revenue generation.
- Maintaining knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including competitors and competitive products.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and tradeshows as directed.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B Corporate sales experience with a proven sales track record.
- Previous experience in the Medical Device preferred
- Strong past achievement record including quota attainment and exceeding sales objectives
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, extreme attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Ability to successfully engage and interact with customers
- Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communication
- Excellence in process management and organizational agility
- Experience working with CRM's (e.g. Salesforce)
- Professional presentation and positive attitude

Compensation will include base salary plus uncapped commission, with unlimited earning potential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
