Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash transactions accurately using a POS system
- Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and cash handling is desirable
- Ability to learn and navigate POS systems effectively
- Knowledge of technology sales is an advantage

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
