Childcare Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
- Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and naptime
- Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each child
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Monitor and document children's behavior and development
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized childcare space

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children in a caregiving capacity
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with creating lesson plans and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage a classroom of children with varying needs and abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
