**Job description - IT Tech 3, Team Lead**

**Location**: Mississauga

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical services and support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, switches and security.
- Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
- Demonstrate a deep working knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, and Linux.
- Utilize ConnectWise ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues and track project progress.
- Assemble, image, and configure client workstations, servers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Provide support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint.
- Administer Office 365, including user administration, identity, access management, license administration, and policy compliance.
- Complete assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University to enhance proficiency in ConnectWise processes.

- Proven experience in performing advanced technological systems support, maintenance, and testing.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced managed IT services (MSP) environment.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-facing approach.
- Professional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications including CompTIA A+ is a must; and others: Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional, are a plus.
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for technology.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and full access to a reliable vehicle.

- 8-hour shift, with occasional after hours work and on-call required

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a diploma in a post-secondary education in Information Technology/Computer Science in college

**Required**: Work authorization in Canada

**Experience**:

- Managed Services: 10 years of experience

**License/Certification**:

- Reliable commute
- Driver's License and access to a reliable car
- Work Location: In person
