We are currently looking for a Sales Associate/ Budtenders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a great and seamless shopping experience for our guests
- Greet and welcome all guests, answer their questions, serve them in a timely manner and go the extra-mile to make sure they keep coming back to our store
- Providing guests with cannabis knowledge and answer their cannabis questions
- Verify customer’s ID if they appear to be 25 years or younger
- Be available for both back store and front counter shifts
- Be prepared to work in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment
- Complete tasks and duties required to operate a successful retail store
- Become a cannabis product and accessory expert
- Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge, and product availability in the store
- Manage inventory to ensure customers receive their products quickly and accurately
- Assist with merchandising and ensuring a clean and beautiful store
- Provide feedback to management on customer, product and operations of the store in order to improve the customer experience and the results of the business
- Achieve assigned sales goals and various business metrics as required by management
- Adhere to all training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, risk mitigation and cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
- Abide by all company policies, programs, directives and procedures
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store while following all security measures
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
- Other assigned tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- CannSell Licence or willingness to get the Licence immediately upon hire
- Must be 19 years or older
- Retail, sales and/or hospitality experience
- Cannabis Retail industry experience (preferred)
- Cannabis product experience and knowledge (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong listening abilities
- Interpersonal skills, multi-tasker, good communication skills
- Strong work ethic and accountable
- Team-player, adaptable, someone who enjoys working hard and having fun
- Attention to detail
- Understanding that compliance is very important in this regulated industry
- Availability to work weekly shifts (days and evenings) and weekend shifts
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check required
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Additional pay:
