We are currently looking for a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee the operations and functions of the manufacturing department's dayshift to ensure on-time-delivery and customer satisfaction. The Supervisor is responsible for assigning team members to machines and jobs, ensures the schedule is followed, and assist operators with training and trouble shooting any issues.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Administer the Occupational Health and Safety Act as it pertains to supervisor responsibilities.
- Continuous improvement
- Work with programmers and operators to improve productivity and reduce overall costs.
- Thoroughly understand and implement quality control techniques.
- Fill out NCM reports for any non-conforming material and machined parts.
- Answer questions on drawings, setups and processes for parts being manufactured.
- Prioritize work schedules to meet delivery dates.
- Participate in the training process.
- Maintaining work standards.
- Responsible for the team’s ability to meet goals and timelines.
- Lead by example.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skill and Experience Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team focus, and the ability to work in cross functional teams to develop collaborative relationships.
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure/stress to meet tight timelines and schedules.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills as well as conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
