Construction (Renovations) Estimator
- Salary $23-30/hr, based on experience
- Full time, permanent

Looking for a Estimator that has the knowledge to read architectural drawings in the commercial & residential construction industry.
- Analyze the plans and specifications submitted by the client
- Estimate and calculate the costs of materials, labor and equipment required according to the technical specifications of the tender documents
- Establish the list of specialties, then the list of potential subcontractors
- Participate in the invitation of subcontractors and suppliers then in the analysis of bids
- Prefer 2/3 year experience
- Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment
- Ability to read plans and do proper take-offs
- Familiar with estimation softwares
- Must be able to read and speak French
- Collaborate in the closing of submissions
- Maintain a qualitative directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
