**Job Summary**

Toronto Redi Mix is seeking a skilled Batcher Dispatcher. You will be responsible for batching concrete and scheduling drivers to accommodate delivery needs on a daily basis.

Business hours are Monday to Saturday. It is essential to be flexible to workload demands.

Work may require additional/overtime hours as per business demands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Experience in the concrete industry
- Batch concrete
- Order taking
- Assist dispatcher with the scheduling of drivers
- Order materials for daily operations
- Liaison between Customers and Quality Assurance staff for on-site testing
- Maintain and organize records and documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Able to demonstrate exceptional Customer service skills - effective communication, adaptability, conflict resolution, empathy, quick thinking, and decision-making.
- Proficient in working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Competent in dealing with a highly stressed environment.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently with minimum/no supervision and/or in a team environment and, must be self-motivated.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Computer Proficient (Word, Excel).
