3 T Financial Services Inc. is a brokerage that provides multiple types of financial services to our clients. With more than 20 years of experience and exceptional product and market knowledge, we help our clients create a financial plan combining multiple products (Insurance, Investment Funds*, Annuity, etc.) that cover all areas and stages of life-based on each individual’s financial and life backgrounds. Our highest priority is helping our clients achieve their financial goals to ultimately have peace of mind knowing that they and their loved ones are well taken care of.

About the job

We are seeking a financial advisor to join our company to take care of existing clients. This position is a full-time role and will provide support to the senior financial advisor. Requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can assist in the development of financial plans and provide support in insurance-related matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the financial planning and insurance needs of our existing clients
- Prepare illustrations and proposals before the meeting with clients
- Support in evaluating and recommending insurance solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with senior planner in researching financial products and strategies

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 to 2 years financial industry experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred
- Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), and Mutual Fund license (CSC/IFC/CIFC) is preferred, or the willingness to complete
- Knowledge of insurance products and strong underwriting skills is an asset
- Strong communication skills (verbal, telephone and written), organization, time management, client service
- Hard working and aggressive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Language**:

- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin (preferred) (preferred)
