**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare the showroom and ensure it is in an attractive and desirable state at all times.
- Generating excitement for the Porsche brand with an enthusiastic, pressure-free product explanation that leads to increased customers satisfaction and an enhanced Porsche brand image
- Becoming a product and technology expert that delivers a customer-centric, fascinating experience and supports an efficient knowledge sharing amongst all Associates in a PC (shared Porsche product superiority and competitive knowledge)
- Increasing sales and profit by specifically focusing on added value features/options/accessories and lifestyle to increase customer satisfaction and address customer needs.
- Conduct second deliveries or home deliveries if requested
- Follow up on customer service index survey and google review after each delivery
- Prepare vehicles in advance of test drive or delivery (check fuel, ensure cleanliness, clear ice/snow, pre-heat car in winter, cool the car down in summer, place refreshments, enter a suitable radio channel and an exciting test drive route in navigation system)
- Increasing Sales Executive productivity by assisting with thrilling test drives and deliveries conducted with high quality, systematic approach that allows Sales Executive to focus on other key aspects of the sales and customer experience
- Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Be a car lover, tech-savvy, and comfortable with automotive technology, with an aptitude for learning detailed product knowledge.
- Well organized and possess strong time management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization and follow processes with no compromising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to articulate detailed information.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly self-motivated and have the ability to learn quickly and be open to challenges.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.
