Property Maintenance Support

**Who we are looking for**:

You are a people person with a background in maintenance & repair.

We are looking for someone who is NOT pushy but takes the time to work through issues, identity resolution and ways to enhance service levels.

**Responsibilities**

To include:

- General repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of property specific items.
- Resident move in and move out inspections.
- Seasonal groundskeeping such as lawn cutting and snow removal.
- This position will require travel within the Brant, Norfolk and Haldimand county areas.
- Knowledge of some, or all of the following is preferred: HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
- Demonstrated technical research, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to set priorities, organize workload, complete assigned duties within established schedule and handle emergencies.
- Communication with tenants will be a requirement of the position.
- Coordinating and scheduling trades.
- Knowledge Yardi an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft or Google products is an asset
- Understanding of Landlord Tenant Board rules is an asset
- Experience 2 yrs+ within maintenance and repair support
- Understanding of computer system networking is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:
