Bindery Helper

At present we are looking to hire someone part time but there may be opportunities for full time work in the near future.

Previous experience with this type of work is not mandatory but is preferred.

**Job would be for full time.**

**Main job duties include**
- Work on folder gluer machine with main operator making coffee sleeves
- Take printed items off moving conveyor at end of the machine and pack items into cartons
- Tape up shipping cartons
- Read job information and attach appropriate labels to cartons
- Assist with cleaning machine and general area
- **This position would start as an on call position with the possibility to become full time**

**Other job duties may include**
- Strip out/pull out printed pieces of paper from larger sheets of paper
- Shrink wrapping packages

**Qualifications**
- Ability to lift 25 lb boxes
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pay attention to detail (inspect coffee sleeves) and have good hand-eye coordination

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call

**Experience**:

- Bindery/Packing: 1 year (preferred)
