**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and maintain optimal client care in the community with of a diverse population; palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy and health teaching chronic disease prevention
- Teach and delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and to family members and others in accordance with the standards and scope of practice as determined by the College of Nurses of Ontario and Bayshore

**Job Requirements**:
Current Registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (travel required)

Updated Immunization Record

Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable sector

Compliance with PPE policies

Strong computer skills

Experience working with pediatrics and palliative considered an asset

Ability to work in the community independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team

Job Qualification

Positions open to **RPNs/ LPNs** who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
