**Responsibilities**:
- Providing exceptional customer service and care for our clients properties to the best of your abilities
- Complete required paperwork / document services
- Care for the equipment like it was your own
- Make safety a routine, daily priority
- Any additional tasks that may be required
- Team members we are looking for are willing to take on any task with a good attitude and are capable of solving problems
- Mow, cut, trim, prune and maintain landscape of a handful of commercial properties
Basic/Required Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
- Knowledge of hand/power tools and equipment used in the trades
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
- All successful applicants will be required to submit a criminal record check.
- Ability to work independently without supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Irrigation experience
- pesticide and herbicide course
- mechanically inclined
- Any driving endorsements
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform heavy tasks for extended periods of time while working in the elements. (Cold and Warm Weather). This position can be physically demanding at times. Must be able to lift over 50Lbs.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
