Sous la supervision du Superviseur Conditionnement, le titulaire du poste effectue les opérations de production à partir d’instructions précises dans le respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication, des procédures et des consignes de sécurité.

Fonctions principales

**Lavage et séchage des pièces d’équipement**
- Effectue le lavage et le séchage des pièces d’équipement de la production (fabrication et conditionnement)
- Range les pièces propres à la fabrication et au conditionnement
- Effectue le lavage des locaux (salles de lavage)

**Préparation des solutions**
- Prépare les solutions requises en fabrication et au conditionnement

**BPF et HSE**
- Effectue son travail dans le respect des normes, politiques et procédures BPF et HSE en vigueur
- Est garant de déclarer tout événement qualité/HSE à son gestionnaire
- Fait remonter les problèmes et propose des améliorations

**Autres tâches**
- Effectue le travail d’opérateur au conditionnement (bout de ligne) lorsque le volume de lavage est moindre
- Assiste aux réunions tant à la fabrication qu’au conditionnement
- Peut assurer les entrées dans les systèmes de gestion de production
- Informe le chef d’équipe et/ou le gestionnaire lors de problèmes rencontrés
- S’assure de la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire à l’exécution de ses tâches
- S’implique dans le travail d’équipe et participe au développement des nouvelles méthodes de travail au niveau du lavage des équipements
- Est garant du maintien de ses qualifications techniques et de sa connaissance des méthodes et procédures en vigueur.
- Effectue toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son gestionnaire
