**Location**

The Big Apple 262 Orchard Rd, Colborne, ON K0K 1S0. Kindly note, this is an **on-site** role.

**The Role**

The **Maintenance Supervisor **is responsible for providing maintenance leadership on the shift through organizing and planning maintenance activities and priorities. You will lead the activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment. You will also provide technical and problem-solving for the operation and maintenance team.

**Your Impact**
- Supervise day-to-day activities of our maintenance staff and support the overall maintenance of the plant, production teams and plant equipment.
- Identify, investigate, correct, and document potential environmental and safety problems. Safety is very important to us
- Lead projects involving equipment installations, modifications, repairs, and renovations. Ensure all service calls and machine repairs are completed on time.
- Partner with and maintain a collaborative relationship with all other departments.
- Ensure all company/plant policies and regulatory guidelines are followed (GMP, OHSA, Quality and Safety Standards).

**Education**:

- Post - Secondary School (preferred)

Qualifications:

- Maintenance Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferred)
- Supervisory Experience: At least 3 years required.
