**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Select appropriate materials and components for panel fabrication, ensuring compatibility and compliance with specifications.
- Cut, drill, and modify enclosure panels and mounting hardware as necessary to accommodate equipment and components.
- Install and mount devices, instruments, and control elements within panels, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Test and troubleshoot completed control panels to verify functionality, identify defects or malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to resolve technical issues and optimize panel design and performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices throughout the fabrication process.
- Document work progress, including materials used, assembly techniques, and test results, to support quality control and project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
- Proven experience in control panel fabrication, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in panel fabrication, such as drills, saws, and crimping tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in assembly.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of work.
