- Should have strong experience in Dynatrace APM.
- Migrating synthetic monitors to Dynatrace from existing tools.
- Deploying additional software upgrades to the SaaS edition as needed
- Dynatrace agents: Managing the deployment of Dynatrace agents.
- Having ability to build dashboards for Applications.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through process automation.
- Building and nurturing client trust and respect
- Prepare documentation for best practices and operational procedures. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynatrace monitoring platform and software upgrade. Should have Hands on experience with major version of Dynatrace upgrade in place/out place. Must have solid eexperience in APM,Dashboards,Synthetic and API's monitoring. Must have experience in maintiaing licenses with compliance. Travel: None Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Time Zone: Ready to work in eastern time zone
