Scones, muffins, cookies, legendary cinnamon buns and more. We are seeking a self-motivated baker extraordinaire that is responsible for baking and creating mouth watering snacks (the cinnamon buns could really be classified as a meal). The Baker will execute and improve recipes, keep a clean and tidy work environment, respect all food safe practices and will assist with the ordering of all baking ingredients. Focusing on the origins of the successful Whitewater Cooks series, and utilizing locally produced products as much as possible, it’s unlike any other resort kitchen in the world For more details on the Whitewater dining experience that you will be helping create, please visit our website.

Please note: This position starts at 5:00 am therefore applicants must have a safe and reliable 4WD vehicle and be comfortable in extreme winter driving conditions.

Minimum Qualifications: 6 months -2 years’ work experience as a baker, Food Safe Level 1, Baker’s papers or courses considered an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
