Renovation Technician

We are a GTA-based Ontario custom home building company and are looking to expand our trusted team. We establish set values with our clients on their homes and require that our trades deliver. **Requirements to fill this position**:

- Demonstrate Drywall, framing and carpenter skills
- Skill in kitchen cabinets and vanity installation
- Skill in interior finishing such as casing, trim and door
- Able to complete any work related to renovation and building
- Working with insulation and building material for renovation and building
- Able to prepare material lists upon need or as per schedule task
- 1+ year of construction experience required
- Knowledge of various construction tools and how to operate
- Execute duties with safety compliance and standards in accordance with OSHA
- Knowledge about footing and foundation of new houses and renovation as needed
- Possess knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliances to be utilized on site

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
