**Responsibilities**:

- Cycle count problem SKUs / conduct cycle count audits
- Participate in the development and modification of TWL procedures
- Analyze and provide Root Cause regarding Inventory Variances
- Using Root Cause regarding Inventory Variances to drive continuous improvement projects
- Maintain multi system variance integrity (TWL vs. SXe vs. Magic)
- Assist in the appropriate adjustments when inventory becomes out of balance based on customer complaints and or warehouse transfer exceptions
- Provide excellent Customer Service addressing inventory concerns, queries and requests from within the company
- Lead the warehouse in preparation for physical inventory at Jane or other warehouse locations if required
- Basic day to day TWL / SXe / Magic problem solving
- Work closely with Warehouse Logistics to resolve Customer Facing Issues
- Occasional cycle counting and product maintenance as required
- Maintain various reporting and multitasking multiple items at the same time
- Assist in various departments (picking, receiving, put away, replenishment) when required during heavy volume periods
- Where appropriate various aspects of the Warehouse Logistics position will be cross trained and or adopted where they relate to inventory control
- Comply with all safety rules in accordance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act, and Noble policy
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:
**You Must Have**:

- Comfortable working in a multi-ERP/WMS/RF System environment
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members
- Ability to foster a team-first environment that strives for excellence
- A Positive attitude
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines and must have the ability to meet daily targets
- An eye for detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Nice to Have**:

- 1-2 years' experience in an Inventory Control environment
- Knowledge of plumbing and/or HVAC products
- Current forklift certification
