**Responsibilities**:

- Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures according to safety regulations, project requirements, and industry standards
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage, defects, or wear and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to schedule scaffold erection and dismantling activities efficiently
- Ensure proper assembly and stability of scaffolding systems to support workers, materials, and equipment safely
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on scaffolding components to ensure functionality and safety
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including fall protection measures and hazard identification
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Scaffold Erector or in a similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of scaffold erection techniques, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with various types of scaffolding systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid scaffolding certification or willingness to obtain certification
