**Position Summary**:A critical part of our digital team, our summer student will work with us to increase our internal efficiency and contact reliability while simultaneously assisting us with our efforts to improve our outbound marketing.

The student will be challenged to grow their marketing and tech knowledge, while gaining experience working in a professional environment. The tasks and responsibilities will be varied but largely digitally focused. As the summer evolves, we anticipate that the students will:

- Gain experience in database management
- Gain experience on social media platforms in a business context
- Gain experience with content management systems such as Ad Sales Genius
- Receive training on how to research and gather information digitally
- Receive training on how to carefully record information in digital forms and databases
- Conduct digital surveys of customers and contacts
- Use digital surveys to develop an understanding of client business, their interests, and passions
- Coordinate within the team with respect to changing priorities and dynamic workloads
- Reporting - preparing various reports via Google Data Studio and Google Analytics for internal and for external use
- Be proficient on leading current office technologies such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.

**Student applicants should**:

- Be enrolled currently in post
- secondary school (in business or computer science is considered an asset)
- Be able to work full time hours from June
- August
- Have experience in customer service
- Be outgoing, motivated, and energetic

**The student will report to the Client Services Coordinator.**

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
