What You’ll Do
- Help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling and copiloting Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential
- Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding individual Sales and KPI targets
- Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle & installation process, as well as continued support throughout ownership
- Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles in advance of their scheduled delivery appointment
- Educate new owners by conducting a comprehensive vehicle orientation, tailored to the individual customer's needs and comfort level
- Execute customer documents on delivery day and conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to customer homes
- Stimuler, mobiliser et renseigner les clients potentiels et les propriétaires actuels grâce à des appels, des courriels ou des textos et des événements extérieurs afin de leur parler des offres de produits de Tesla et répondre à leurs questions
- Aider Tesla à maintenir un bassin de ventes sain en recueillant les coordonnées des clients et en planifiant ou participant à des essais routiers pour les personnes qui démontrent un intérêt pour acheter
- Contribuer de façon active à la réalisation des ventes mensuelles et à l’atteinte des cibles en accomplissant et en dépassant les objectifs en matière de ventes individuelles et les indicateurs clés de performance
- Fournir un service à la clientèle de la plus haute qualité tout au long du cycle de vente et de livraison et du processus d’installation, ainsi qu’une assistance continue d’après-vente au propriétaire
- Préparer et recharger les véhicules des clients en prévision de leur rendez-vous de livraison
- Éduquer les nouveaux propriétaires en leur offrant des explications sur les fonctionnalités du véhicule, adaptées aux besoins et au niveau de confort de chaque client
- Exécuter les documents clients le jour de la livraison et effectuer certaines livraisons des centres de livraison aux résidences des clients

What You’ll Bring
- Bilingualism required, spoken and written (French and English)
- At least 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment
