We are excited to be growing our team in New Brunswick as we prepare for the launch of our new retail location in Le Rond Point Mall, Tracadie. Through our ongoing mobile investment in the province, totaling more than $70M to date, we continue to expand our mobile service, which will bring our latest 5G technology to Tracadie in addition to our current serving areas in Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, Miramichi and Bathurst.
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Store Manager to manage our Bathurst Place Mall location as well as our newest location in Le Rond Point Mall in Tracadie.

**Responsibilities**:
- As a store manager, you will oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, Sales objectives, etc.)
- You will mentor and motivate the team in delivering an incredible customer experience while driving sales goals;
- You will take the lead on bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors;
- You will bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store;
- You have a passion to drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment;
- You understand accountability in all its forms, and you are motivated by it;

**What you bring**:
- Bilingual fluency in French and English;
- You have experience in leading teams and enjoy overseeing challenges and supporting individuals with their employee experience;
