**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, this position is delegated provision of leadership, direction, and supervision to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the ambulatory care clinics and Morgue Services are running effectively and efficiently. On a daily basis, this position will ensure that the delivery of organized clinical services is provided to the patient population, that all aspects of service are fully integrated, the services are provided safely and at the highest quality of care and that corporate priorities and initiatives are managed effectively. In addition, this position will ensure an integrated relationship with the physician lead and Clinical Manager to operate the different ambulatory care clinics.

**What you will bring**:

- 4-year Undergraduate Degree in a Regulated Health Professional or master’s degree in Health Administration/ Business (MHA & MBA);
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years recent clinical experience in a related area of health care delivery in a tertiary care health centre;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all members of health care team (i.e. clinical managers, physicians, health professionals, educators, etc.);
- Ability to respond to large numbers of simultaneous demands from staff, physicians, logístical services, Human Resources, etc;
- Ability to undertake all activities in an efficient and effective manner;
- Ability to identify potential for patient or institutional risk and intervene appropriately;
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new and unexpected events and be an effective change agent;
- Superior oral/written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with medical staff, patients and public;
- Excellent time management, problem-solving skills and organizational skills required to organize daily activities in a busy work environment;
- Excellent leadership skills, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution and coaching;
- Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Epic);
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of supervising staff;
- Knowledge of managing people within a collective agreement;
- Knowledge and ability to enhance patient experience along the continuum of care;
- Knowledge of health care disciplines in Clinical Services and their role in patient care;
- Knowledge of statistics and ability to analyze fiscal and patient care data;
- Knowledge of Privacy Legislation and WHMIS;

**You will stand out with**:

- Experience in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
