Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality hair cutting, shaving, and grooming services to clients
- Offer professional advice on hair care and grooming products
- Perform various hair styling techniques including fades, trims, and shaves
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workstations and tools
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
- Manage front desk duties when needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience ( minimum of 3-4 years) as a Barber with expertise in hair cutting and styling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales practices for recommending and selling hair care products
- Ability to sanitize tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in upselling salon services or retail products
- Front desk management experience is a plus

We operate as a commission based pay, 100% of all tips goes towards the employee, we also offer a commission bonus on any retail product sale.

We are Located in downtown Milton on Main street. It is well known for its popular restaurants, street festivals and markets which brings a big amount of foot traffic and attraction towards our location.
