**Wash ME Property Services is creating the best trained House Washers in the Lower Mainland.**
We are **training** **NEW **_**and**_ **Experienced** Service Technicians.
We specialize in providing Homeowners and Property Managers with the essential building maintenance. Our service spectrum ranges from Roof Cleaning & repairs, to Pressure Washing paved ground surfaces.
Become a part of our **Crew, **either as a **Lead **_**or**_ **Hand**, working with us is a fun and dynamic role where you will learn how to perform a variety of tasks and work with other team members to deliver our clients amazing results.
This is satisfying work where you get to provide homeowners with dramatic improvements to their living conditions and quickly see the positive impacts you have made.

Our **Compensation Package**:
- Hourly wages _**from**_ $18/hr for newbies **up to $28/hr** for experienced pros
- $250 gear allowance TWICE a year

Our services consists of:
Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Siding Washing, Window Washing, and Pressure Washing, on broad style of Residential, Strata, and Commercial properties.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
**Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
