職責：

提供優質的客戶服務，協助顧客解答問題並提供產品建議

負責收銀結帳，確保交易的準確性和效率

負責陳列和補充貨架上的商品，保持店內整潔有序

協助處理貨物進出，確保庫存的準確性

處理顧客的退換貨事宜，確保顧客滿意度

監控商品質量，確保符合衛生和安全標準

協助店內促銷活動，提高銷售業績

**Duties**:

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan items and ensure pricing is correct
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process returns and exchanges
- Upsell products and promote special offers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Strong upselling skills to increase sales revenue
- Knowledge of technical sales to assist customers with technology products
- Excellent organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
- Bilingual proficiency to assist customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Experience in cashiering or retail environment preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
