We are looking for an intermediate to senior project manager who has a strong pipeline and gas facilities experience, and most importantly aligns with our team values (Service, Quality, Consult, Safety, Share). This position is based in British Columbia and will be responsible for supporting capital infrastructure development projects for our utility client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project control budgets, resource requirements, and schedules.
- Ensure project deliverables (design, materials, permits) are developed and executed in a timely fashion to meet schedule.
- Develop construction strategy to assess optimum construction resources (in-house or contractor).
- Coordinate construction activities and contractors.
- Maintain regular communication with all key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
- Ensure all appropriate documentation is obtained and retained as required for project close out.
- Provide guidance and project management support to designers, drafters, and junior members of the Project Management Team.
- Coordinate and participate in site surveys/inspections/meetings as required.
- Attendance at meetings, both internal and external at various Client operating centres.
- Such other project management related services as required from time to time and as assigned by the Client Representative.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business, or economics
- Licensed as a professional engineer in the province of British Columbia
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be an asset
- 2+ years of experience working on gas facility and pipeline projects
- 5+ years of experience working in project management
- Proven ability to lead projects and work independently
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Good knowledge of finance and procurement sufficient to provide technical coordination and input
- Excellent use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Project Management tools such as MS Project
