The Academy of Music in Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown, and Brampton is looking for a full time music school admin/Light Manufacturer (35-40 hours per week). No music education or experience is required. We prefer someone with experience in restaurants, hospitality, hotels, catering, banking, medical, any fast paced and hard working customer experience.

We are looking for someone that loves people and kids, and is dedicated to doing their best at their job. It doesn't hurt if you love to listen to music, but you do not need to be able to play it : ).

VERY IMPORTANT:
**1. **This position in divided between music school admin duties and light manufacturing.
**2. **You must be able to work in a different location every day (Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown, or Brampton)
**3.** This position is for evenings and weekends

Hours are evenings 12:30 - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and weekends from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in all 4 locations

JOB DUTIES:

- Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).
- Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
Forgetful types please do not apply. This job has a lot of moving parts.

- An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.
- If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
- Registering clients
- Processing paperwork
- Cleaning
- Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
- Interacting with customers
- Light assembly. Assembling trophies.

**Ideal qualifications and experience**:

- Restaurant, Hospitality, Hotels, any experience having to deal with intense customer service.
- Phone customer support
- Bank teller
- Retail
- Shipping center
- Medical office
- Salon
- Any experience with a lot of face to face interaction with the public.

Pay: starting at $18 per hour + bonuses when milestones are achieved

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
