**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Bachelor of Education with major in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
2. Two years’ recent and relevant experience working in an Early Childhood Education setting as an Early Childhood Worker/Education or Instructor.
3. Effective interpersonal skills.
4. Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
5. Effective instructional ability.
