- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications
- Utilize specialized software such as Revit, SysQue & AutoCAD to develop accurate and precise drawings
- Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by project managers
- Prepare and update schematics, layouts, and blueprints for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drafted designs
- Review and analyze project specifications to identify potential design issues or conflicts
- Collaborate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in drawings
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SysQue, Revit, etc.
- Familiarity with 2D &3D animation software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols
- Understanding of engineering principles and construction practices
- Ability to interpret complex technical information and translate it into visual representations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to interact with engineers, architects, and other team members

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
