Pavement Marking Foreman

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee and manage a team of workers, including assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, materials used, and labor hours
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis to ensure projects stay within budget

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
