Monaco Motorcars is thrilled to invite a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our esteemed team If you’re passionate about vehicles, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, helping customers find vehicles that meet their preferences and needs while driving company growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, needs, and budgets.
- **Product Expertise**: Confidently present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options. Stay informed about our inventory and automotive trends to provide expert advice.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the company’s success.
- **Follow-Up**: Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and management to provide an exceptional buying experience for every customer.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven sales 1 year experience, preferably in the automotive industry (though not required).
- Creativity and proficiency in content creation for social media platforms.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
