**OBJECTIF DU POSTE**

La ou le gestionnaire des finances aide la ou du CEO, sous sa supervision et sa direction, à mettre en œuvre la stratégie financière de l'organisation. Elle ou il est responsable de la création, l'examen, l'analyse et l'interprétation des rapports financiers et budgétaires. La ou le titulaire du poste est également responsable de toutes les entrées dans les livres comptables et de la coordination de l'audit annuel. Elle ou il assiste la ou le chef de l'exploitation dans la supervision de la comptabilité de tous les projets, y compris l'assistance fournie à la ou au chef de l'exploitation en ce qui concerne l'optimisation de l'affectation des dépenses aux projets.

La ou le gestionnaire des finances joue un rôle clé dans l'établissement des rapports et l'analyse financière; elle ou il a la responsabilité de clôturer les comptes en temps voulu pour que les rapports financiers mensuels puissent être remis à la direction générale chaque mois. Les rapports financiers à l’intention de la ou du chef de l’exploitation, du comité des finances et du conseil d'administration sont préparés selon les besoins.

La ou le titulaire assiste également la ou le chef de l'exploitation dans le processus de préparation du budget annuel.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Coordination de la préparation des rapports financiers, des analyses spéciales et des rapports d'information
- Appui à la ou au chef de l’exploitation dans la préparation des plans financiers mensuels et annuels
- Supervision du personnel qui travaille sur la paie, les comptes débiteurs et créditeurs et la comptabilité générale
- Maintien de la rapidité et de l'exactitude des facturations et des paiements clients
- Assurance de l'exactitude et de l'optimisation des allocations de dépenses aux projets
- Élaboration et mise en œuvre des procédures relatives aux finances, à la comptabilité, à la facturation et à l'audit
- Assurance que des contrôles internes appropriés sont en place pour protéger les actifs de l'AFAC et recommander de nouveaux contrôles si nécessaire
- Coordination des audits annuels et collaboration avec les auditeurs externes
- Assistance à la ou au chef de l’exploitation dans l’élaboration d'outils et de systèmes permettant de fournir des informations financières et opérationnelles essentielles à la directrice générale
- Assurance que la paie soit traitée conformément à la loi et aux politiques, contrats et accords de rémunération de l'Organisation
- Contrôle du plan comptable dans le logiciel SAGE 300
- Préparation des rapports mensuels et trimestriels pour la haute direction
- Contrôle et reddition de compte concernant les dépenses de financement de base à l'AFAC ainsi que le financement de base accordé aux APTM
- Assurance de la liaison avec le bailleur de fonds gouvernemental qui fournit le financement de base et de la présentation de tous les rapports financiers conformément aux exigences
- Assistance à la ou au chef de l’exploitation dans le processus de budgétisation et la mise en œuvre des budgets afin de suivre les progrès et de présenter des mesures financières à la fois en interne et en externe
- Principale liaison avec la banque de l'AFAC et supervision de toutes les activités bancaires de l'AFAC, y compris les projections de flux de trésorerie, les investissements à court terme et les rapprochements bancaires
- Assurance de l'enregistrement précis et opportun des transactions de cartes de crédit de l'entreprise et le suivi des points du plan Aéro de l'AFAC
- Assurance de la clôture mensuelle et annuelle des livres de comptes
- Enregistrement mensuel des revenus de projets tout en veillant à l’optimisation des affectations des charges
- Gestion des opérations de l'organisme de bienfaisance (Fonds des femmes autochtones du Canada) associé à l'AFAC (livres de comptes, émission de reçus fiscaux, préparation du T3010 annuel, rapports financiers au besoin)
- Autres tâches connexes assignées de temps à autre

**FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- Diplôme universitaire en administration, comptabilité ou finance
- Titre professionnel en comptabilité (CPA)
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste de comptabilité ou de finances
- Préférence : expérience avec des OBNL, la comptabilité de projets multiples, le gouvernement ou des organismes gouvernementaux ou d’entités commerciales ou de personnes morales

**CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES**

**Connaissances**
- Connaissance experte des principes comptables généralement reconnus (PCGR) et des réglementations financières fédérales et provinciales
- Maîtrise avancée des logiciels de comptabilité (l'expérience de SAGE 300 est un atout) et des procédures de contrôle interne
