**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform window cleaning tasks using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure spotless results.
- Utilize hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning high-rise windows or hard-to-reach areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify any maintenance needs or repairs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with custodial duties as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Lift heavy equipment or materials as required during the cleaning process.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work up to 30 hours per week.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs overhead.
- Age requirement of 16 years of age.
- **Preferred Qualification**: Access to a personal vehicle equipped with a hitch or ample space for transporting equipment.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
