As a key member of our service staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.

**Job Overview**:
As a Casual Fine Dining Restaurant Server, you will play a pivotal role in providing attentive and personalized service to our guests. You will showcase your passion for hospitality by anticipating guest needs, offering recommendations, and ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables with grace and professionalism.
- Present menus, describe menu items, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system promptly.
- Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail, adhering to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu offerings, wine list, and specialty cocktails.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging table settings and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions as per restaurant procedures.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Previous experience as a server in a casual fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance, with attention to detail in personal grooming and attire.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, maintaining composure and professionalism under stress.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine service and cocktail preparation.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the restaurant industry.
- Smart Serve Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week
