Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure products are properly stocked and organized on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs
- Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing displays that drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred
- Proficiency in cashiering and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Salary**: Up to $45,000.00 per hour
