- **The Role**:_
- Act as a liaison between the advisor, clients, and service partners.
- Work with the advisor to help prepare financial plans including reports and analysis for clients.
- Become well versed in company services and offerings and working with our service partners.
- Maintain client records and interactions within regulatory compliance standards.
- Has a post-secondary education, or equivalent industry experience
- Familiar with compliance and regulatory issues relating to the financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Windows Operating systems, and tech-savvy
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment that involves multi-tasking clients
- Has outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Competent and effective working both independently and collaboratively with our team
